                At the end of the course, students are able to:

                  1     Mengenal pasti kaedah ulama hadith dalam berinteraksi dengan hadith-hadith hukum.
                        Identify the methods of hadith scholars in interacting with legal hadiths.
                  2     Membezakan kaedah ulama hadith dan fiqh dalam berinteraksi dengan hadith-hadith hukum.
                        Distinguish the methods of hadith and fiqh scholars in interacting with legal hadiths.
                  3     Menghubungkait hukum hakam daripada teks-teks hadith hukum berdasarkan kaedah yang
                        dipelajari.
                        Relate the jurisprudence from the texts of legal hadiths based on the methods learned.
                Sinopsis Kandungan Kursus / Synopsis of Course Content

                Kursus ini akan membincangkan beberapa kaedah yang diaplikasikan oleh ulama hadith dan fiqh
                dalam berinteraksi dengan hadith-hadith hukum antaranya merujuk hadith kepada perspektif al-
                Quran, mengumpulkan  seterusnya membandingkan teks-teks hadith dalam satu topik,
                membandingkan teks hadith dengan  ijmak,  amalan sahabat,  qiyas  dan kaedah  –kaedah umum.
                Kursus ini juga turut menganalisis kupasan dan huraian ulama terhadap teks –teks hadith hukum
                yang merangkumi teks hadith solat, puasa, haji, jual beli dll.

                This course will discuss some of the methods applied by hadith and fiqh scholars in interacting with
                legal hadiths. Among the methods are: referencing hadith texts to the Quranic perspective, collecting
                various hadith texts on one topic and comparing between them, referencing hadith texts to ijmak, the
                practice of the companion, qiyas and others general methods. The course also discusses the hadith
                scholars’ interpretations towards hadith texts which include the texts of hadiths relating to the prayers,
                zakah, fasting, the pilgrimage and business transactions.
