               SQA7003 Measurement Techniques and Instrumentation

               The course objectives are to  explain and understand the technology used in testing, analyse and
               characterize  experimental  outcomes.  Course  content  includes  introduction  to  machine  and
               instrumental mechanics, such as electron scanning microscopy, optical microscopy, electron beam
               microscopy,  diffraction  method,  spectroscopy  methods,  electrical  methods,  mechanical
               measurement and track analysis.

               Assessment Methods:
               Continuous Assessment: 50%
               Final Examination: 50%

               Introduction  to  modern  operation  and  productivity  management,  infrastructure  availability,
               infrastructure  presentation  planning,  process  and  ability  planning,  scheduling  and  liability,  supply
               network  management,  inventory  management,  quality  management  productivity  management,
               environmental management and employee health, maintenance management, developing industry.
