Synopsis of Course Contents This course discusses concepts, theories, principles and techniques of testing,
measurement and evaluation in fitness, skills in sports. Measurements will also be
conducted to assess the cognitive and affective aspects of the sport, method of
formation evaluation tool, administration and management assessments in laboratory
and outside laboratory operated practically. Quantitative analysis of the test results will
be interpreted and evaluated through applied statistics. Qualitative analysis is also
included so that students can make a qualitative analysis of movement in sports.

Learning Outcomes At the end of the course, students are able to:
                                            1. Measure the physiological adaptation in exercise.
                                            2. Discuss the acute and chronic responses during training.
                                            3. Assess the basic physiological adaptation to training and sports performance.
                                            4. Analyze the relationship between physiological responses during exercise and
                                               sports performance.
Synopsis of Course Contents This course covers the physiological responses during exercise and how these
reactions affect human physical performance during exercise and sport. In addition, this
course discusses the applied physiological adaptation to prolonged training. Students
also will be exposed to the equipment and laboratory testing used to conduct test on
                                            human physiological responses.
