            Synopsis

                   This course explores the historical and contemporary perspectives of children‟s artistic development.
            The aims, among which, are to examine the relationships between children‟s intellectual growth, creative ability
            and  making  art  responses.  Among  the  main  topics  discussed  are  history  and  theories  of  children‟s  art,
            characteristics and development of children‟s strategies in art, and children as art critics.

            Assesment  Method    : Continuous assessment (Assignments; Small Scale Research;
                                   Presentations): 70%,  Exam: 30%

            Synopsis

                   The course aims to enable students discuss and analyze theories of interpretation in the visual arts,
            issues of assessment and evaluation. Students will be involved in activities of test construction, analyzing test
            items and evaluating test sets they have prepared themselves.
