Learning Outcomes At the end of this course, students are able to:
(1) Explain the relationship between media and politics by
using different models of media systems
(2) Evaluate students’ responsiveness and responsibility level
in handling issues related to political communication and
media.
(3) Analyse critically the nature of relationship between media
and politics and its impact on the political system and
media.
Synopsis of Course This course focuses on important elements in the context of

bureaucracy, intergovernmental relations, core functions of
public administration, ethics and accountability issues as well
as social equity. This course also emphasizes on technology
and information management aspects as well as governance
