Penulisan Kreatif Cina
Chinese Creative Writing

Kursus ini bertujuan mendedahkan para pelajar kepada pelbagai teori dan prinsip penulisan kreatif dalam pelbagai genre, seperti,
cerpen, prosa dan juga penulisan rencana yang dihuraikan secara umum bagi memberikan gambaran secara menyeluruh dan jelas.
Pelajar juga akan meneliti contoh- contoh yang bermutu. Tumpuan akan diberikan kepada aspek mengorganisasikan idea, gaya
bahasa, penyusunan struktur serta bagaimana menggunakannya dalam penghasilan karya yang bermutu.

The objectives of the course is to expose to the students different types of theories and principles of creative writing in different genres
such as fiction, prose and documentary literature. The students will evaluate the high quality articles and focus on the aspect of
organising the idea, restructure writing style to produce valuable works.

Fiksyen China Klasik
Classical Chinese Fiction

Kursus ini bertujuan meninjau dan meneliti teks-teks asal fiksyen Cina tradisional sejak masa lahirnya sehingga awal abad ke 20.
Perhatian akan diberi kepada pelbagai bentuk fiksyen Cina, faktor-faktor yang menyumbang kepada munculnya dan ciri- ciri artistik
setiap bentuk itu. Dengan ini, pelajar dapat mengenalpasti satu gambaran yang jelas perkembangan fiksyen Cina tradisional. Selain
itu, analisa dan apresiasi tentang novel-novel teragung juga diberi perhatian.

The objective of the course is to observe the original texts of Chinese Traditional Fiction from the beginning stage to 20 century. The
different forms of Chinese Fictions, the factors of the appearance and the artistic characters of each form will be focused. Students will
be able to identify the clear picture of the development of the Chinese Traditional Fiction, to analyze and appreciate the famous
fictions.

Sinografi dan Tulisan Kuno Cina
Sinography and Chinese Ancient Scripts

Kursus ini memperkenalkan pengetahuan asa sinografi dan tulisan kuno dan moden Cina. Antara kandungan kursus ini ialah
memperkenalkan ciri-ciri, struktur dan jenis sinografi dan tulisan kuno dengan lebih sistematik. Kursus ini juga akan mengkaji
pembentukan, perkembangan, perubahan sinografi dan tulisan kuno Cina. Dengan pengetahuan asas ini, pelajar dapat menguasai
ciri-ciri struktur, bentuk, sebutan dan sintaksis sinografi serta tulisan moden Cina.

This course introduce the basic knowledge of sinography and ancient and modern Chinese scripts. The contents include the
characteristics, structure and type of sinography and ancient scripts more systematically. This course also focuses on formation,
development and changes of sinography and ancient Chinese scripts. Through these basic knowledge, students can grasp the
characteristic, shape, pronunciation and Chinese modern characters.
