CATEGORIES OF STUDENTS WHO ARE ALLOWED TO REGISTER
All students with an Active status
CATEGORIES OF STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REGISTER
The following categories of students will be barred from registration:
(i) students with an outstanding fees with the University at Semester II, 2016/2017
Session and/or do not comply with the payment schedule;
(ii) students who are no longer active such as Failed Out, expired candidacy and
disciplinary action (suspended) cases;
(iii) students who have yet to fulfill the Course and Teaching Evaluation for Semester II,
2016/2017 Session.

MINIMUM CREDIT LIMIT
All Students are not allow to register less then 6 credits except for:
(i) Students at the Final Level who have balance of 6 credits for completion of study;
(ii) students who is under observation status.
Exemption may be given upon approval from the Dean/Director of the Faculty/Centre.
MAXIMUM CREDIT LIMIT
GPA < 2.00 : 12 credits
HFGFG GPA ≥ 2.00 : Up tp 20 credits
F Level Credit
GPA ≥ 3.00 :
First 20
Intermediate 22
Final 25
INFORMATION AND IMPORTANT NOTICE ON APPLICATION OF EXTRA CREDITS
1. Application for extra credit is done FULLY ONLINE. Application are open only for students who
have obtained their latest examination results (Semester II, Session 2016/2017)
2. New Students are NOT allowed to apply for extra credits.
3. Results of the application will be released from time to time or latest by 19 SEPTEMBER 2017.
4. Application for extra credit is allowed only once and if there are any changes that you wish to
make fro original application, please refer to the Dean’s Office at your faculty.
5. If the application has been approved, the course will NOT registered automatically. Instead,
students are responsible to REGISTER the course in the online registration system latest before
the second week of the semester (25 September 2017).
