                                                  sports performance.
Synopsis of Course Contents This course covers the physiological responses during exercise and how these
reactions affect human physical performance during exercise and sport. In addition, this
course discusses the applied physiological adaptation to prolonged training. Students
also will be exposed to the equipment and laboratory testing used to conduct test on
                                              human physiological responses.

                                                  populations.
Synopsis of Course Contents This course exposes students to the theories related to exercise and health. This
course also discusses the effect of exercise on components of quality of life, as well as
motivational techniques to encourage participation in the exercise program. The effects
of exercise on specific population groups in society is also discussed in this course.
