                 Course Title              MUSCULOSKELETAL INJURIES AND REHABILITATION

                 Course Learning           At the end of the course, students are able to:
                 Outcomes
                                           1.  Determine the aetiology of musculoskeletal injuries.
                                           2.  Determine the common musculoskeletal injuries in sports.

                                           3.  Design a preventative, treatment and rehabilitation program for
                                              musculoskeletal sports injury based on the examination done.
                 Synopsis                  This course  is specifically tailored to focus on  understanding
                                           various principles involved in assessing, managing as most
                                           importantly preventing recurrence of musculoskeletal injuries not
                                           only for atheles but also for the general population. Part of this
                                           course will also cover the important of strength and conditioning in
                                           the prevention of initial injury. The course involves practical session
                                           which  will  be done  either in  the lab,  gymnasium  or  any related
                                           facilities.
