and communication in strength and conditioning
2. Explain the psychological aspects in strength and condition
training
3. Acquire experiential learning in conducting psychological skill
training session in strength and conditioning
4. Evaluate the ethical values in strength and conditioning training
Synopsis This course will focus on important characteristics of a strength and
conditioning specialist. This includes various psychological themes,
communication and motivation skills. Ethical and professional
practice will also be discussed. In addition, other issues concerning
a strength and conditioning coach will also be address in this
course.
