Why did you choose this programme?
The job entails organizing and coordinating
multilateral and bilateral meetings, workshops,
dialogs, seminar, conferences, country visits
which requires skills in management and
technical knowledge of the subject matter at
hand. In addition to facilitating country positions
Principal Assistant Secretary in the energy / power sector at the regional and
Ministry of Energy and Natural international level.
Resources Though the current job scope is not directly
related to the course but it has taught me to be
more disciplined and systematic in carrying out
tasks. As most might already know,
Biochemistry is among the toughest courses
(well to me it is) and knowing that I can
successfully complete the course, boosted my
confidence that you can achieve what you really
work hard for.
To be honest, there was no specific course but
just going through the whole program itself was
a journey in building character. Each subject /
course had its own unique benefits. Personally,
the only thing that differentiates the courses, to
me, was the experiences in class as well as the
passionate and dedicated lecturers that had
conducted it. The knowledge and life lessons
gained from them is invaluable and should be
cherished.
I can’t pinpoint a specific experience. However,
I‘ve always looked forward to lab work. Being a
visual type of person, learning was much easier
when it is hands on and being able to visualize
what we were learning about. These lab sessions
also provided opportunities for discourse and
interactions with colleagues which makes
learning more fun and memorable.
