MS. NURUL SYAHIRAH BINTI ABD RAZAK

Why did you choose this programme?

I am currently working in a the stem cell company
and it requires one to have adequate knowledge. A
lot of biological reactions actually happen in the
cell culture and all that I have learnt during my
study in the Biochemistry programme really help
me to understand better.

The courses that had the greatest impact on me
are Protein Biochemistry, Advance Molecular
Biology, Immunology and Post-Genomic &
Bioinformatics.

One memorable memory that is when we
designed a menu (a nutritious one) and sold it at Production Executive
Dataran Sains when we enrolled for Nutritional
Biochemistry. It was very tiring yet very fun doing it Cytonex Sdn. Bhd.
with our fellow classmates .

Studing in UM was one of my dream. Realizing that
Biochemistry is the most influential branch of
science at that time and knowing it was being
offered in UM, made me choose this progamme for
my degree.
