Why did you choose this programme?

I selected Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from

Universiti Malaya based on my personal interest in
chemistry as well as good career prospect. The
reputation of Universiti Malaya as the leading
tertiary education institution in the country was also
one of the factors that led me to pick Universiti
Malaya as my first choice.

Through the strategically planned programme modules, I was equipped with relevant
skillsets that prepared me for the industry. Critical and innovative thinking along with
problem-solving skills has shaped me as an individual who is ready to face challenges in the
industry. The highlight of the programme is the good balance between theory and physical
hands-on modules that provides a real-world experience.
