From July 21 to July 23, 2023, the hallowed halls of
Dewan Tunku Canselor at Universiti Malaya resonated
with scholarly discussions and cultural exchanges as the
University hosted the 11th International Tamil Research
Conference. The event drew participants from the local as
well as overseas Tamil community.
This three-day conference saw more than a thousand
enthusiasts, scholars, and researchers come together to
explore the richness of the Tamil language and its
multifaceted cultural heritage.
