TO IMPROVE AND INNOVATE ICT FACILITIES TO SUPPORT THE CORES OF THE UNIVERSITY
The Centre for Information Technology is leading the implementation of ICT strategic plan of the
University and always wants to provide the best services, in line with the national ICT transformation.
This Strategic Plan is designed to give the best and efficient support to the improvement and innovation
of the university's core in ICT facility in order to construct a strong ICT infrastructure and maintenance
as well as establishing strong governance efficiency and quality in line with the vision and mission of the
University.
To provide helpdesk services for governance assistance to users of ICT infrastructure as well as provide
the best and efficient support and technical assistance to ICT-related problems. Hence, increasing the
efficiency, effectiveness and work productivity as well as the awareness and the ability to use ICT within
the campus community.
This strategic plan will improve electronic communication relationships among staff and students when
using the latest technology that is proven to be more efficient. Multimedia services are provided for the
development of digital content for e-learning according to the level required by the University.
For the strategic plan to improve and innovate ICT facilities to support the cores of the university, The
Centre for Information Technology identified a number of ICT projects involving aspects such as
personnel, work and system processes that will help ensure the University continues to excel.
