Learning Outcomes

Graduates will:
 Conduct facilities management and building maintenance research, feasibilities study, and building diagnosis using an
advance technology.
 Develop analytical skills in building facilities problems by providing solutions critically, creatively and innovatively.
 Acquire information management skills and lifelong learning of multi-disciplinary knowledge in facilities management
and building maintenance.
 Provide consultancy services and research projects in the aspects of facilities planning, maintenance control and
facilities management study.
