Learning Outcomes
Graduates will:
Conduct facilities management and building maintenance research, feasibilities study, and building diagnosis using an
advance technology.
Develop analytical skills in building facilities problems by providing solutions critically, creatively and innovatively.
Acquire information management skills and lifelong learning of multi-disciplinary knowledge in facilities management
and building maintenance.
Provide consultancy services and research projects in the aspects of facilities planning, maintenance control and
facilities management study.
