                   a)  Briefly inform them the purpose of this visit and give them key information such as the date, time
                       venue, link (online) of the interview session.
                   b)  List of interviewees and their background and working experience (to pass this information to QMEC
                       at least 7 days before the visit)
               5.  Get permission to visit facilities (in the PTj: i.e. library, labs, etc.)
               6.  Appoint a liaison person for the panel. Pass the name and contact to QMEC within 3 working days before
                   the visit. May need to prepare a standby liaison person in case of emergency.
               7.  Prepare all the extra evidences (whether hardcopy or softcopy).
                   a)  Hardcopy: Put on tables and label properly
                   b)  Softcopy: Prepare laptops and also print out a summary of contents.
               8.  Prepare Information kit to give to the Panels ((i) softcopy should be sent to QMEC 3 working days before the
                   visit.  (ii) Hardcopy to be printed and make available in the meeting room (departmental level))
                   a)  Map (containing location of (i) the opening ceremony (faculty level) and meeting/ interview room
                       (departmental level), (ii) Reserve parking lot, (iii) Name and contact number of the liaison person).
                   b)  Schedule
                   c)  Presentation slides
                   d)  List of interviewees and their background/ working experience.
               9.  Confirm venue of the opening and ensure all the top management of the faculty is present (Important
                   members include, Dean, Deputy Dean of Academic, Head of Department for the relevant programme and
                   Programme Coordinator for the relevant programme).
               10.  Confirm the meeting venue/ interview room.
                   a)  Should have facilities such as internet, printer, and stationeries.
                   b)  Extra evidences (item 7)
                   c)  Hardcopy information kit (item 8)
                   d)  Free flow refreshment (E.g. water, coffee & tea, biscuits, sweets, etc.)
               11.  Prepare refreshments and lunch.
               12.  Make sure the surroundings are clean and safe.
               13.  Ensure the internet connection is stable.
               14.  Make sure the technical person is well versed with digital stuff is present to give technical support.
               15.  Ensure the liaison person is competent in handling online meeting and has the ability to debug problems
                   when and if it occurs.
