            4.3 GUIDELINES FOR WRITING PART C FOR PSAR


            This guideline can be used for Provisional and Full Accreditation, and Compliance Evaluation for a academic
            programme for both conventional and ODL Programme.
               There are 2 main parts of this guideline for the write up of Part C:

               1.  To write: Basically, this will be the main text of the PSAR write up. A few common instructions are:
                   a)  Brief description
                   b)  Organizational Chart
                   c)  Tables
                   d)  Flow chart
               2.  Evidence/Appendix: All this evidence MUST be provided unless stated as “optional”. Strong justification
                   must be given if this evidence is not available. A few common evidence such as.
                   a)  Minutes
                   b)  Survey
                   c)  Letters
                   d)  Processes, procedures and mechanisms, guidelines, policies
                   e)  Forms
                   f)  Reports
                   g)  Pictures/snap shot of website
                   h)  Rubrics
                   i)  Digital communication (emails, reminders etc)



            Description of the different types of “To write”
            Brief description:
               1.  Write a short paragraph to explain something.
               2.  You can write more than 1 paragraph (if you want), but not more than 1 page.

            Organizational Chart:
               1.  Organizational chart should include the following elements:
                   a)  Name of the position
                   b)  Name of the person holding the position (if relevant)
                   c)  Function (or responsibility) of each position in relation to the context. Can be written in the box or as
                       notes.
