                                            1.   Compare the principles of coaching theories
                                            2.   Apply the Sports Science disciplines such as physiology, biomechanics, sport
                                                psychology and pedagogy in the training sessions.
                                            3.   Plan for the most suitable coaching and pedagogical method in sport.
                Synopsis of Course Contents   This course covers biophysical science and social science disciplines that are relevant
                                            to sport and coaching. Students are required to undergo practical activities in the form
                                            of fitness and skills training based on the principles of sports physiology, biomechanics,
                                            teaching and learning and pedagogical skills.
