Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh and Salam Sejahtera

1. As we bid goodbye to 2025 and as we welcome the first day of the new year, we
can be proud of our feats and achievements for the past year, where new horizons
are created and new bold outcomes have been shaped, driven by sheer will and
consistency in efforts by all of us.
2. This does not mean that we can treat 2026 with complacency and stagnation,
two dangers that always lurk when we are too carried away by nostalgic or
conventional reflections that mask our renewed intent for continuous hard work,
progress and always pushing forward for future driven agility, resilience and self-
motivation for improvements.
3. I will proudly share our combined efforts and milestones that we have achieved in
2025, and a clearer picture and direction of how we will move forward for this year
in my Amanat Tahun Baharu 2026 soon.
4. I want to commend all of our UM Community, from researchers and academicians
106 to our technical and support staff, from our administrative staff to our medical
