FASS @ Universiti Malaya Research Carnival (UMRC)

carnival organized by the Universiti Malaya. The carnival is
known as the Universiti Malaya Research Carnival (UMRC).
This research carnival was held at the beginning of 2023;
where the duration of the carnival is about three days
starting on January 8, 2023, until January 10, 2023.
The various intriguing activities were planned and put into
action at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences booth
during this carnival period. One of those activities is
responding to quizzes about Sustainable Development
Goals (SDG). More intriguingly, if visitors correctly
complete the quiz, the visitors receive consolation. Also present were the Dean of FASS (from right), lecturers and the
Director of the National Antarctic Research Center (NARC)
The various research posters from several study
departments were also exhibited throughout the carnival
for visitors to see and visit the Faculty of Arts and Social
Sciences Booth. In addition, various tools such as
anemometers and many more are also on display for
public viewing.
Last but not least, the involvement of the Faculty of Arts
and Social Science in this research carnival can prove that
the field of arts and social science is able to compete with
