          Research needs to be geared towards high impact research.  The UM ICT Strategic Plan also outlines
          the  framework  to  support  high  impact  research  via  Grid  Computing  and  High  Performance
          Computing  facilities.The  ICT  Strategic  Plan  will  set  clear  directions  and  pave  the  way  for  a
          state-of-the-art research and learning environment for the University.
