Synopsis of Course Contents This course emphasizes a systematic literature search in addition to the interpretation,
critical review and evaluation of research articles. Practical skills to enter the data, analyze
and interpret quantitative data using SPSS software will also be taught.

Learning Outcomes At the end of the course, students are able to:
1. Apply the principles of mechanics to movement and sports skills.
2. Conduct data recording 2-D / 3-D using a special tool and specific recorder.
3. Integrate human motion analysis using specialized software.
Synopsis of Course Contents Students will apply the principles learnt into human movement. The next part involves the
practical application of software in the form of two-dimensional analysis together with the
integration with other biomechanics equipment. Students will follows practical sessions
inside or outside the laboratory.

ensuring good health.
2. Identify needs and different fitness programs for individuals and groups.
3. Devise and implement a fitness program for individuals and groups.
Synopsis of Course Contents This course will expose students to the current fitness program for individuals and groups.
Students will be able to prescribe an appropriate program based on the individual needs
or group. Students will also learn practically the tools need during the program either inside
or outside the laboratory.
