Sinopsis/Synopsis
Kursus ini menyepadukan antara kajian teori dan model organisasi dengan melakukan analisis kes-kes
sebenar yang memaparkan pelbagai tension, percanggahan, dan paradoks yang terdapat dalam semua
jenis organisasi, dengan penerapan khusus dalam organisasi pendidikan. Perspektif kontemporari seperti
teknologi maklumat, kelainan atau diversity, pasca modenisme atau post-modernism dan multiculturalism
akan ditinjau dalam konteks pengurusan dan pembangunan organisasi pendidikan.
This course attempts to integrate theoretical study of organizational model with case analysis which portray the
tensions, conflicts and paradoxes that are inherent in all organizations, with specific application in educational
organization. Contemporary perspectives such as information technology, diversity, post-modernism and multi-
culturalism would be explored within the context of concepts in organization towards facilitating management and
development of educational organization.
