                Learning Outcomes         At the end of the course, students are able to:
                                          1.   Explain the concepts and principles of research.
                                          2.   Distinguish between various types of research methods.
                                          3.   Plan  the  stages  of  research  design,  ie:  research,  proposal,  acquiring  data  and
                                             analyzing data.
                Synopsis of Course Contents   This course covers the physiological responses during exercise and how these reactions
                                          affect human physical performance. In addition, this course discusses the physiological
                                          adaptation to prolonged training.

                                          4.   Analyze the relationship between physiological responses during exercise and sports
                                             performance.
