Interviewers of Dr Jaswant Singh

Now I realise that older adults are more than just an individual with a
number. Since they have gone through numerous phases in life, which I
haven’t gone through yet, they definitely have more wisdom and the way
they view life is very interesting. They have so many hurdles in life, yet
they are positive, motivated and self-driven. The interview session with
Dr Jaswant was really nice as it is more like a sharing session where he
happily shared his life stories rather than an interview. All in all, I can
say that talking to an older adult is no longer something dull and
unexciting.
Do good, get good!

Get out of your comfort zone and start exploring. Although it can be something scary, you will be surprised as
to how much more potential you have. With perseverance, you will enter the learning zone, where you
acquire new skills and overcome challenges resourcefully. Just remember to stand back tall after every fall.

I felt inspired and got to learn one thing, which is that we should find a
way to be the best version of ourselves throughout our lifetime. I say this
because most of the older adults that we interviewed have their own
proud accomplishments and they have successfully built a good
personality a human can have. For example, my interview was with Dr.
Jaswant. Despite being a dental surgeon he also wanted to work with the
Covid-19 committee and this shows his care towards the society and his
perseverance to help the country.
Spread kindness, trust me you
won’t ever regret it

Years go by in the blink of an eye, don’t marry young. Live your life. Go places. Set goals and achieve them. Set
dreams and catch them. It’s okay to fall sometimes but remember to come back stronger. Life is too short to
be sad all the time. Learn from your mistakes and prove to the world you can be a better version of yourself.
