Before doing this research, I thought that older adults were stubborn and
maybe not willing to help me in doing this research. However, I found
that they are very cooperative and kind-hearted. For instance, my
interviewee, Dr Jaswant, is a patient and helpful person. He enjoyed
sharing his old stories with us and told us a few life principles that we
need to apply in our lives. Older adults have gone through the journeys
that we are undergoing now so we can get a lot of advice from them to
avoid facing many obstacles. Although I know some older adults like to
nag, they just want to make sure that we will not repeat the same mistake
as what they have done in their younger days.
Be kind to everyone

We, the youngsters, must learn to be patient, understanding, and respect the older adults because we do not
know what they have been through. Here, I urge the youngsters to always protect the older adults and put
ourselves in their shoes.
