Synopsis of Course This course will explore and. the centrality of organisational
Contents behaviour to understanding organisational functioning,
focusing particularly on individual and group/team level and
understand human behaviour in organisations via the
disciplinary bases of psychology and sociology.
The perspectives covered in this course includes
understanding individual differences, perceptions and
attributions, fostering learning and reinforcement,
motivation in the workplace, team and leadership behaviour
and studies on organizational design, change and
development.
