The findings of the audit will help organisations develop a customised knowledge
ecosystem framework. Figure 4 is an example of a knowledge management ecosystem
framework.
Depending on whether the approach is big bang or small strategic phased
implementation, a wholesome comprehensive knowledge management program should
be developed as a guide. The program will start with the leaders playing a critical role
in creating awareness on the importance of knowledge and managing knowledge
systematically and effectively.
