allocation for existing server upgrades. Increased data such as the course platform in
CIDOS will continue to overload the server.

               Continuous Training
The training program provided can help lecturers and students to improve their skills as
well as upgrade their knowledge. The presence of new students in every semester should
be noted as it is important that they are exposed to e-learning. Ismail et al. (2018) stated
that aspects such as MOOC literacy, students’ motivation and students’ interest in the
use of MOOCs can help facilitate teachers and students more effectively and help
               improve students’ performance and achievement.

In addition, continuous training will help users to better understand e-learning related
technologies and avoid the occurrence of inefficient factors in operating the hardware
and software of e-learning systems. Almaiah et al. (2020) said that technical skills and
support can be achieved through the knowledge, understanding and abilities of the e-
               learning systems.

               Continuous Development
The policy makers should have an ongoing specific plans for the development of e-
learning. Aspects such as system improvements, infrastructures and others should be
balanced with the latest technological developments. Kasim and Ahmad (2010) stated
that policy makers should pay attention to training for new technologies, pedagogy and
infrastructure needs in order to improve the education system. Embi (2010)
recommended that higher learning institutions should place the e-learning budget
component as one of the most important components in the annual budget to ensure that
every higher learning institutions in Malaysia can compete globally.

               Online Diploma Program for PKS
In the future, PKS can offer online diploma programs as offered in many higher
education institutions in Malaysia. The target group is those who are working, school
leavers or those who have not had time to enrol in a diploma program. The opportunities
provided will benefit Malaysians. The implementation of existing CIDOS is helpful if
PKS offers an online diploma program. PKS can emulate other universities as a
benchmark for implementing online study programs.

               CONCLUSION
The emergence of the internet has a great impact on education. In line with the changing
world of the digital world and the trend of the internet, the learning method is also
