priority of JPPKK to ensure that the e-learning process runs smoothly and the system is
easily accessible to the user. Prior to this, the e-learning access index (ICeP) is used to

               System Administration
The CIDOS platform is solely managed by JPPKK in Putrajaya while the server is
situated in Cyberjaya. All 33 polytechnics in Malaysia started implementing CIDOS in
2011 and each polytechnic was assigned a coordinator to ensure the e-learning process
using CIDOS runs efficiently. These coordinators are responsible for making sure that
the KPI of each polytechnic is achieved. They are also given tasks to organize various
activities to ensure all lecturers can use CIDOS as their main LMS.
