                Course Learning Outcomes   At the end of the course, students are able to:
                                           1.   Analyze the main themes in the local sports management scenario.
                                           2.   Apply professional etiquette aspects in nurturing sports management corporate image.
                                           3.   Apply sports management theories in the seminar organizing process.
                Synopsis of Course Contents   This course is to prepare students for the reality in the working world. The syllabus combines
                                           both theories and practice and is seen when sport management professionals are invited in
                                           a seminar to share their experiences and thoughts about sport management career and
                                           various other related sport management issues. As students will be engaged in organizing
                                           the various sessions of the course, they are expected to gain the experience in organizing
                                           such seminars.

                Requirement(s)             and Program Core Course and Program Elective Course.
                Course Learning Outcomes   At the end of the course, students are able to:
                                           1.   Determine the precise information on the requirements and expectations of prospective
                                               employers within the sport industry.
                                           2.   Apply knowledge, skills and attributive aspects in practical training.
                                           3.   Evaluate the learning experiences through practical approaches on a real-time work
                                               environment from industrial placement.
                                           4.   Prepare a written report chronicling the internship process at the end of the placement
                                               period as partial requirement for graduation.
                Synopsis of Course Contents   This course is a practical training of the knowledge that students have gained throughout the
                                           sport management program they have enrolled. During the semester, students will be placed
                                           under the supervision of certain officers from selected organizations.  Students will perform
                                           the jobs assigned to them by those officers.  At the end of the course, students will prepare
                                           a report that describes their experiences as well as the reality of employment they have
                                           observed throughout the term.
