(B)    of equal qualification (horizontal) for a student that:

                                                   (aa)   has completed his studies successfully; or

                                                   (bb)   did  not  complete  his  studies  (excluding
                                                           students  that  are  terminated  from  their
                                                           programme of study) but have achieved the
                                                           required  competency  for  the  course  that  is
                                                           applied for.

                                     (ii)     A course approved for transfer of credit without grade will
                                            be given a grade K and need not be replaced by another
                                            course.  Credit  will  not  be  taken  into  account  in  the
                                            calculation  of  the  student’s  GPA  and  CGPA  but  will  be
                                            taken  into  account  for  the  purpose  of  completion  of  his
                                            degree.

                                     (iii)    A student is not allowed to transfer credit without grade for
                                            the following courses:

                                            (A)    University  Course  of  from  a  lower  level  of
                                                   qualification; and

                                            (B)    a course that is from a higher level of qualification.

                                     (iv)    Applications must be made to the Dean of the Faculty of
                                            the programme of study within the first two semesters of
                                            study.

                              (d)    Transfer of credit shall be based on mapping of the course that
                                     has been taken previously with the course that is being offered by
                                     the University.

                              (e)    Approval for the transfer of credit under paragraphs (b) and (c)
                                     above is subject to the following conditions:

                                     (i)    grade or grade point obtained for the course after being
                                            made equivalent in accordance to grading scheme of the
                                            University must not be lower than C or 2.00;

                                     (ii)   the course taken previously has a credit value of equal or
                                            more after being made equivalent with the credit value of
                                            the course being offered by the University;

                                     (iii)   the course taken previously has at least 80% overlap with
                                            the course that is offered by the University;
