                             AND POLICY

                Sinopsis/Synopsis

                Kajian Terbimbing Kedoktoran (KTK) ini  adalah satu kursus yang  direka khas oleh seseorang  pensyarah bagi seseorang  calon
                berdasarkan keperluan kursus calon tersebut. Untuk menjalankan KTK, calon dikehendaki mengikut panduan tersebut:
                Calon dinasihatkan supaya mendapat nasihat Dekan atau Ketua Jabatan berkenaan atau Penasihat / Penyelia masing-masing.
                Setelah berunding dengan mereka yang berkenaan, proforma kursus, maklumat semasa kursus, jadual pengajaran, tugasan yang
                akan dijalankan, masa penemuan dengan pensyarah dan kriteria penilaian kursus, sertasenarai bacaan yang diwajibkan disediakan
                oleh pensyarah berkenaan, untuk diluluskan oleh Jawatankuasa Ijazah Tinggi.
                Calon hanya dibenarkan mendaftar satu kursus KTK sahaja dalam satu-satu semester dan tidak melebihi dua kursus di sepanjang
                program PhD (Kerja Kursus dan Disertasi).
                Penerimaan calon  untuk mengikut kursus KTK akan  dipertimbangkan  oleh Fakulti  berdasarkan mutu kandungan kursus dan
                kebolehan berdikari sesorang calon dalam bidangnya.

                This Doctoral Independent Study (DIS) is a course specially designed by the lecturer to fulfill individual needs of the candidate. In
                order to register for this DIS, the candidate is advised to follow these guidelines:
                Candidate is advised to consult with the Dean or the Head of Department concerned or the candidate’s Adviser or Supervisor.
                After consulting the relevant authorities, a course proforma, current information of the course, teaching schedule, together with the
                assignments, time of consultations with the lecturer and course evaluation criteria, reading list have to be prepared by the lecturer
                concerned to be approved by the Higher Degree Committee.
                Candidate is only allowed to register one independent study at each semester and not more than two independent courses for the
                whole Master programme.
                The acceptance of candidate to follow this independent course will be subjected to the approval of the Faculty based on the quality of
                content and as well as the ability of candidate to do independent work in his area of specialization.

                Kaedah Penilaian     : Penilaian berterusan: 70%, peperiksaan 30%
