                Sinopsis/Synopsis

                Kursus ini membincangkan kaedah menjalankan kerja lapangan berkaitan dengan pengurusan dan pentadbiran pendidikan sama ada
                di kolej, sekolah atau institusi pengajian tinggi.  Antara fokus yang ditekankan ialah prosedur dan proses menjalankan kerja lapangan
                di sesebuah lokasi  yang  dipilih.   Pelajar juga  membina item-item soalan  yang relevan  dalam kajian  masing-masing seperti
                menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif atau kaedah kualitatif.  Pada peringkat akhir kursus pelajar dapat menghasilkan satu laporan yang
                berkualiti dan kritikal merujuk kepada kajian masing-masing.

                This course discusses the methods of implementing fieldwork research related to the educational management and administration
                whether in schools, colleges, or higher learning institutions.  Some  of the focal topics include the procedures and processes of
                implementing fieldwork research in certain selected locations.  Students are also required to construct appropriate instrument items in
                their respective research activities in using either the quantitative or qualitative method. At the final stage of the course, student will be
                able to prepare a critical report based on their research activities of publishable quality.

                Sinopsis/Synopsis

                Kursus ini menyepadukan antara kajian teori dan model organisasi dengan melakukan analisis kes-kes sebenar yang memaparkan
                pelbagai  tension, percanggahan, dan paradoks  yang terdapat  dalam semua jenis organisasi,  dengan penerapan  khusus dalam
                organisasi  pendidikan. Perspektif kontemporari  seperti teknologi maklumat, kelainan  atau  diversity, pasca  modenisme atau  post-
                modernism dan multiculturalism akan ditinjau dalam konteks pengurusan dan pembangunan organisasi pendidikan.

                This course attempts to integrate theoretical study of organizational model with case analysis which portray the tensions, conflicts and
                paradoxes that are inherent in all organizations, with specific application in educational organization. Contemporary perspectives such
                as information  technology, diversity, post-modernism and  multi-culturalism  would be  explored within  the context  of  concepts in
                organization towards facilitating management and development of educational organization.
